Wine Critics Notes:

Allen Meadows - Score: 92 (2016 February)

The wood this displayed on release (see herein for that review) has now been fully integrated and the aromas have develop the initial traces of secondary development though otherwise the beautifully fresh nose remains ultra-pure with its notes of lemon peel, oyster shell and sea breeze aromas. There is a flat out gorgeous mouth feel to the sleek and intensely mineral middle weight flavors that are shaped by bright and ripe acidity on the clean, dry and impeccably well-balanced finish. This is not an especially dense wine (though it's by no means dilute) though it is one that is drinking perfectly now and should continue to do so for another decade. In a word, ok actually two words, really lovely.
